Deadline: Parents must register students by Sunday, February 1st.
Waivers: Students must have a completed and notarized 2015 Permission Release Waiver in order to complete registration.
Completed and notarized 2015 waivers can be turned in during normal business hours or at any student ministry service. The 2015 waiver will be on file and can be used for all student trips and retreats in 2015.
Roommates: Students will have a chance to request a roommate when they register. Roommate choices must be same gender, same grade, and same campus. We will try to honor roommate requests but they are not guaranteed.
Parent Information Meeting
There will be a Parent Informational Meeting on:
- Monday, February 2nd at the Central Campus in the Main Worship Auditorium at 7 PM
- Tuesday, February 3rd at the Hamilton Mill Campus at 7 PM
Choose one of these parent meetings to attend. All forms and payments are due at this meeting. Notaries will be there for your convenience.
Drop off will be Friday, February 20th at 5:30pm at Central Campus. Students need to bring a sack dinner and drink.
Return time will be Sunday, February 22nd at 3:00 PM at Central Campus.
