Coffee Brew Team
Each Sunday morning, four kiosks offer free coffee throughout the building. Our team brews about 100 gallons every week in the hospitality area and then delivers it to the kiosks. Become a Brewmaster, or serve as a host at one of the kiosks. It’s a great way to get involved…plus you can enjoy a cup or two while serving! Our 11am and 1pm services have grown, and so has our need for members of the coffee brew team.
Greeting Team
If you have an outgoing personality and would enjoy greeting and guiding guests through the facility, joining our Greeting Team is the place for you! Your warm smile and courteous spirit are vital to reflecting the heart of 12Stone® to our visitors. If you enjoy meeting new people, greeting is a great place to volunteer!
Hospitality & Events Team
If you enjoy throwing a great party, this team is made for you! Whether you prefer to serve behind the scenes planning the details, doing prep, inventory, setup, or cleaning, there’s an ideal role waiting for you on our team.
Parking Team
Do you enjoy the outdoors? Like to be where the action is? Do you run towards the fire rather than away from it? Be the first smiling face that people see on Sunday mornings! Come outside and help deliver a smooth traffic experience.
Resource Team
The Resource Team records, duplicates, and distributes sermon CDs every Sunday along with other resource material such as select books, DVDs etc. We need people to operate the equipment, organize our inventory, and to serve at the Resource Kiosk in the main lobby. Each of our 4 teams serve once per month throughout each service.
Spiritual Formation Event Hosts
Do you enjoy welcoming people and showing them around, so they can quickly become at ease? If so, we invite you to join our Event Host Team to help welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, assist with their registration, and help direct their steps toward the childcare and event areas.
Usher Team
Help make the worship service an extraordinary experience by helping people feel at home, find a seat, and cover special elements in the service including a worshipful offering.
Medical Team
The medical team serves as the first responder to medical issues that might occur during the 12Stone weekend worship services. They provide BLS until emergency services arrive. A minimum of EMT, LPN, or Paramedic certification and working experience with AED, portable oxygen cylinder, and other basic medical supplies are required. Shifts rotate and serve approximately one service per month.
