Make Days at Church

Join a Daymaker TeamParking Lot Greeters
The parking lot greeters make our campus’s first impression to every person that arrives on Sunday. This team is responsible for “setting the tone“for the day. They’re high-energy, they’re jumping up and down, they’re holding signs and smiling big!
Wagoneers
Wagoneers give wagon rides into church for all the kids arriving with their families. The Wagoneers are always looking for opportunities to help families, make meaningful conversation with parents, and give kids a fun experience as they arrive at church.
Front Porch Greeters
The Front Porch Greeters stand outside the front of our buildings greeting everyone with energy and excitement. Lots of high fives, complimenting people, handing out stickers to kids, etc. The FPG show the same level of energy as the parking lot team but with a personal touch.
Lobby Greeters
The lobby greeters are an extension of the front porch greeters. They stand right inside the doors of the church. Lobby greeters make sure the warm welcome continues through our doors and into the sanctuary. They help people find their way to where they’re going and point out important landmarks (coffee, restrooms, etc.)

The New Guest Team team goes above and beyond to make sure every new guest at 12Stone feels cared for, valued, and seen. This team engages new guests personally, guides them through the building, and explains how they can get connected at 12Stone. If Greeters are the welcome party, the New Guest Team are the guides!

The prayer team gives power to every other team. This team meets before every service to pray over the day, often prays over pastors and other teams before worship services, and leads our “Hands On“prayer moments after every service, praying over people who request it.

You might be asking, “how many different kinds of groups are out there?“
Well…TONS!
From Care Groups, to Bible Studies, to Marriage Groups, Men’s and Women’s Groups, Everybody Groups, and more! People need relationships to grow spiritually and find freedom. Small group leaders create community, care for the people in that community, and help people in our church grow in their relationship with Jesus. Small Group Leaders lead weekly meetings of people wanting to experience this.

That’s right, the worship team are also Daymakers! Our worship teams spend so much time preparing for the weekend, showing up early, and bringing their best to lead our church in worship through music. If you’re gifted in playing an instrument or singing, you could use that gift to lead worship in our worship bands on Sundays.

This ministry has a global gathering at the Lawrenceville campus on the first Thursday of each month for worship, community, and a biblical teaching geared specifically toward the complex years of young adulthood. Daymakers serve at the monthly gathering as Greeters, New Guest Team, Production, and Environment/Hospitality team. The other vital component of this ministry is small groups, and we have both peer-led and intergenerational group leaders leading at every campus. If you are a young adult or have a heart for coming alongside young adults in their spiritual journey, consider becoming a Daymaker here!
