We believe the next generation is the hope and future of the Church. From the Nursery to High School, we want the next generation to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. Every kids and student environment is created to help them begin their faith journey and relish in their relationship with God.
From high-energy worship to exciting games and creative crafts, our Sunday Morning Kids Worship is designed for kids from nursery through 5th grade. It’s a place where kids connect with friends, grow in faith, and experience the joy of worship in a safe and fun environment. Join us this Sunday and let your kids discover the excitement of following Jesus!
Looking for a fun hangout with friends, games, and inspiring talks? Join our Middle & High School Student Ministries every Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at every campus! Make new friends, grow your faith, and enjoy a welcoming community. Bring a friend!

Meet the Athens Pastor
Hey, I'm Matt McMinn, and I get to pastor 12Stone Athens. My wife and I have been here since the campus launched in March 2024, and getting to bring what God is doing at 12Stone to this community has been one of the best yeses we've ever said.
Speaking of obsessions: I'm a sports guy through and through. All things UGA, all things Atlanta Braves. I've rarely missed a Braves Opening Day in my life, although I did miss one for Caroline’s and my honeymoon. I really love my wife.
What I love most about 12Stone Athens is our people. We have folks from every age and stage of life, so there's a good chance you'll meet someone who understands where you are. I'm most passionate about building community and our Sunday services. It's the kind of place where you can walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like you've met Jesus and found your people.
There's an old line that's stuck with me for years: "Only one life, twill soon be past. Only what's done for Christ will last." That's the heartbeat behind everything we do. We genuinely believe that everyone can Know God, and He can change your life — not in a someday, Sunday way, but today and every day for the rest of your life.
